Cooking is something that I have come to love. I like to try new things and share them with other people. Here are some of my favorite recipes that I have tried and thought others would like to try as well. Some of these recipes have been borrowed from magazines I get in the mail (Rachael Ray, Cooking Light) or from online. Others are from people that were kind enough to share with me! Enjoy!

Crock Pot Chicken Parm
I'll say it again...I love Pinterest. This recipe is another wonderful Pinterest find. And I'm telling you...it's good. Go put it in your crock pot. Right now. It's so easy! Here's what you need.
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c or so of Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1-2 c Mozzarella cheese
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
Combine the bread crumbs and the Parmesan cheese. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place each chicken breast into the crock pot. Layer 1-2 c (depending on your liking) of shredded Mozzarella cheese on top. Coat chicken and cheese with the entire jar of pasta sauce. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours. Serve over pasta. Enjoy!!
